Every PetCompass GPS Collar is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — on top of your existing legal rights as a consumer.

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Tracker malfunction under normal, intended use
- Battery or charging faults not caused by misuse
- Buckle or strap hardware failure under normal use
✕ Not covered
- Accidental damage, chewing, or misuse
- Water damage beyond the product's water-resistance rating
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Loss of signal due to your SIM provider's network coverage

Repair or replacement
Where a claim is approved, we'll repair or replace your item at no cost to you.
Your Legal Rights
This 1-year warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory or legal rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
Many countries have consumer protection laws that guarantee a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or don't last a reasonable amount of time — regardless of this warranty.
