Returning an item is simple.

Email us within 14 days of your delivery date, letting us know which item you'd like to return and why.
We'll confirm your return
We'll reply with confirmation and instructions for sending the item back to us.
Pack it up
Return the item in its original packaging, unused and with all accessories included.
Get refunded
Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Unused items in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery
- Items with all original accessories and parts included
- Faulty or damaged items — any time within your warranty period

- The Pet Safety & Emergency Pack (digital download — access is granted immediately on purchase)
- Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
